If you are interested in a Hawbucks puppy we ask you kindly to fill in the following questionnaire. The questionnare is not meant as an interrogation or to form a judgement. You can fill it in without any obligations. The questionnaire is meant to give use basic data that can be important for you and for your future dog. We ask a lot of questions, but we also expect a lot of questions from you! The questionnaire is no replacement for a meeting in real life.
Why do you think a French Bulldog is the right breed for you? How did you get to know the breed?
Have you read through our website, especially the Information page and its content like our Homecoming day? Are you willing to cooperate on this if possible? Why do you want a puppy from us?
What is your family situation? In case of any children specify their age. Are there other pets present?
Tell us something about your housing. What kind of house you live in, is there a garden, etc.
Have you or someone in the family got experience with dogs? If so, what kind of breed/sex etc.?
How do you think about educating, training and general care of a dog? What will you feed the dog? What do you think about vaccinations and deworming/stool tests? What do you think about keeping intact/neutering?
How does a normal weekday look for you and the dog? Where is the dog when you are away from home? How long do you expect for the dog that he can be alone? What family member does what with/for the dog (walks, training, feeding)?
